1. Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact our Support Team immediately.
Missing order confirmation
Due to technical failure or other circumstances beyond the control of BootMaster, your order confirmation may be late or not received at all. If your order confirmation is delayed for more than 30 minutes, please contact our Support Team.
2. Payment
BootMaster payment service is provided by Stripe, which offers convenient payment services in a safe and responsible manner. To ensure the protection of your online card transactions, we use 3D-Secure, an additional security measure.

In order to offer a range of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order details with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend you to read our privacy policy.
The use of this data is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection law of Stripe.
3. Delivery
Digital goods (product keys) are delivered immediately to the email address provided by the Customer at the order stage. In rare cases, technical delays of 1-2 hours may occur. If you cannot find your email after placing your order, we recommend that you check your SPAM folder (junk mail).
If the delivery time for your digital products exceeds the expected delay of 3 hours, we urge you to immediately contact our customer service. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate measures to ensure that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. We are always committed to clearly communicating any delays to our customers, and we strive to actively minimize any inconvenience that may arise due to delivery delays.
4. Prices
All prices in the shop are quoted in GBP and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, technical errors, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Prices displayed in the English language shop are subject to variation based on the Customer’s country of residence. The currency used for transactions will depend on the Customer’s location. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT, and the applicable percentage will be determined by the country in which the Customer is located.
5. Product information
All product images and descriptions provided on bootmaster.co.uk are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that the images on bootmaster.co.uk may differ depending on the color setting of your computer.
6. Campaigns
Any discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
7. Right of return
Unlike physical goods, there is no right of return when purchasing digital products. This applies to all digital goods that are sent automatically in connection with a purchase. The normal 14 day right of return for distance selling does not apply to our products due to their nature according to 2005:59 Chapter 2 § 11:11 Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Away from Business Premises (2005:59) due to the nature of the product.
The consumer waives the right of return when an order is placed.
8. Complaint
The right to make a complaint covers goods that are faulty according to the applicable consumer protection legislation. If there is a problem with any digital product or if an item is missing, the Customer must contact BootMaster customer service at support@bootmaster.co.uk The legislation grants the customer the right to make a complaint about a product within three years and two months from the date of purchase, provided that the complaint is submitted within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. When making a complaint, the order number and the reason for the complaint should be provided.

Once we have received your complaint, we will review it and notify you of our decision as soon as possible. If we approve the complaint, we will rectify the issue, replace the product, or provide you with a refund, depending on the circumstances.
BootMaster reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to current consumer protection legislation.
9. Dispute
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the Customer, you as a Customer can turn to the General Complaints Board in UK or by mail to the following address:

10. Limitation of liability
We accept no liability for indirect damage that may arise from the product. We do not accept any liability for delays/faults due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labour disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
11. Modification of conditions
BootMaster reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time and without the Customer’s prior approval. Any such change will be posted on the Website. Changes are effective from the time the Customer has accepted the Terms by a new purchase or visit to the Website or 10 days after BootMaster has informed the Customer of the changes.
12. Other
Facts are provided subject to typographical errors, incorrect technical specifications of suppliers, etc. The information provided herein does not constitute a representation of usefulness, suitability, warranty, etc. except where directly stated. BootMaster reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. When you shop at BootMaster, you are entering into a contract. To enter into a contract you must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger, one of your parents must approve the purchase for the contract to be valid.
